And – you didn’t like living in “Mosquito-infested” Florida???? Sorry – I will smack those pesty things while I watch you shovel the stuff outside your window!!!

Shirley,
There is no retort I can conjure – no reply I can concoct – that will be adequate to challenge your commentary, particularly when I’ve been outside shoveling this mess for an hour and a half and I feel like death on a soda cracker.
Touche.

As I sit here and listen to the new Hendrix single ( on vinyl, mind you )and look at this picture, I am reminded that Global Warming is the biggest scam since the pet rock.
Btw…Carl Furillo is disappointed that you havent contacted yer old pal, yet.

Actually, the there was a great deal of legitimacy in the pet rock, although I am as guilty as anyone on picking on it. For one thing, it was an amazngly profitbale venture for a short period of time, and no one was lied to about what it was or what it was supposed to do – unlike the fraud of global warming. Second, I was always angry that I couldn’t come up with something similar – a delicious gimmick like that – that could bring in some fast legitimate cash. By contract, NO ONE benefits from this climate change lie. The only people benefitting from the global warming charade are the Al Gore’s of the world and their jet-setting carbon credit hoax-mongers.
Third, did that Furillo have an arm, or what? It always impressed me that he literally would try to throw out runners from the outfield who thought they had safely reached on a clean single to right.
Do they still have a team in Brooklyn?
Off for now.
